Make your own transforms for teaching
and decoration

Dr Abe V Rotor

Author, hidden at the back, with his students (teachers under a scholarship program at UST Graduate School) on a field trip at UPLB, Mt Makiling, Laguna.  The specimen is a  replica of a whale; partly visible on the left wall is a painting of the blue whale.

Freedom with nature outside the classroom,
on-site, hands-on, away from the blackboard,
school sans walls, reviving Plato's Academia:
senses, mind, heart, and spirit all in accord.

Author's daughter Anna restrains a giant damsel fly and a butterfly

Living fossils are around yet we aren't aware;
unless copied into iconic art
enshrined in wood and canvas in a museum,
 extension of school in part.

Author and son, Leo, examine transforms of a scorpion, and huge grasshopper.
Author with wife Cecille and daughter Anna are dwarfed by a giant transform of a grasshopper.
Fairy tale mushroom; anatomy of a tree

Transforms - part of house in many ways:
mural, furniture, post, stair, relief,
educational, functional, aesthetic,
adornment, expression, belief.

Sowbug, a relative of the insect - a terrestrial crustacean

Strange - unity and harmony of our world,
creatures big and small living as one;
moving on a common path of evolution
guided by no other than an unseen Hand.

Author's daughter Anna, in disbelief of a "new" species of lizard.

Move over Darwin, Lamarck, Oparin,
pioneers of life, its origin and evolution.
Give way to the artist, creator of a world
of his own concept and interpretation.
