Details: Birds follow the stream of light and flow of a waterfall. 

A moment of serenity is all we need,

      brief as it may in peace,

amidst all the throes of life we bid,

      with Mother Nature at ease.

Follow the stream resting in a pond

      before reaching out to sea,

the birds in the sky circling around,

      gaze at them flying free.~
