 LED  bulb replacing the old-fashioned Edison bulb. LED traffic lights;
 LED automobile lights.  More and more electronic gadgets are using on LED .

 The lightbulb has been vastly improved.For example Cree LED bulbs last 25 times as long and use 84 less energy than Edison's classical lightbulb that lighted homes for nearly a century. 

Then there's a 21st century incandescent lightbulb powered by nanotechnology - the Vybrant.  It lasts twice as long as the old-fashioned Edison bulb and used 50% less energy,  It is just one-fourth the price of the CREE LED.

Currently there is a race for more efficient, economical, and environment-friendly lightbulbs. The US passed a law in the US "to preserve energy resources and reduce harmful emissions, while saving American families billions of dollars on their electric bills." This trend is felt all over the world in many applications, mainly based on LED technology. ~
