Make Fruit Wine at Home

Fruits in season, Summer 2013: Chico, Pineapple, Dragon fruit, Watermelon and Nangka 


Closeup of fruits undergoing eight days of fermentation. The filtrate is separated and bottled (glass bottle) where aging will take place in dark and cool environment for at least a year. Note: PET bottles should not be used for wine storage, only during the brewing stage when alcohol is slowly building up.
