Millipedes in Courtship

Abe V Rotor

Millipedes are among the most primitive creatures on earth, older than the dinosaur. It belongs to the largest phylum - Arthropoda. Scientists estimate that out of ten animal organisms, seven are Arthropods, comprising mostly insects.

This unique creature which possesses the most number of legs in the animal kingdom - two pairs per body segment, hence classed as Diplopoda - is extremely shy and meek, even in love making.
